Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with robust expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Salesforce Administration, and Salesforce Development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing Data Cloud solutions, developing scalable data models, building automations, supporting AI-driven use cases, and integrating Salesforce with enterprise data platforms.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable and business-focused Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls, including support for automated user provisioning.
Implement and maintain Salesforce security, governance, compliance, and data management practices.
Configure, administer, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud environments.




Design and develop scalable Data Cloud data models to support Customer 360 initiatives.
Build and maintain automations, calculated insights, and business processes using Salesforce capabilities.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce.
Support AI-driven business solutions leveraging Einstein AI and Agentforce.
Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise applications and external data sources.
Support data ingestion, data unification, identity resolution, and customer segmentation initiatives.
Ensure adherence to deployment, release management, and version control best practices.
Troubleshoot platform issues and implement continuous improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts.
