Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Freight Broker will source and match freight from shippers with reliable carriers, negotiate rates, and secure profitable loads. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with shippers and carriers, managing load boards, tracking shipments, and resolving any service issues.



The role involves preparing and managing documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and coordinating closely with internal teams such as dispatch and factoring. The Freight Broker is expected to use communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to deliver efficient, reliable freight solutions that support RoadEx clients.
Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with shippers and carriers.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple loads, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of freight brokerage operations, transportation regulations, and trucking industry practices; prior logistics or dispatch experience is an advantage.
