Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Planner role based in Kottayam. The Service Planner will coordinate and schedule pest control services, ensuring efficient allocation of technicians and resources to meet customer commitments. Responsibilities include monitoring daily service operations,



updating service plans based on customer requests or field realities, and maintaining accurate records in the service management system. The role involves close collaboration with operations and customer service teams to resolve scheduling conflicts, optimize routes, and improve service delivery. The Service Planner will also track service performance metrics, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to high customer satisfaction through timely and reliable service planning.
