Role Description The Bar Tender cum Captain is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar at PAL HEIGHTS MANTRA AT PAHAL BHUBANESWAR . This position is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing bar inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar.



The role includes supervising bar operations, coordinating with service staff, and ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. The Bar Tender cum Captain will handle guest orders, recommend drinks, manage cash and billing, and support daily opening and closing procedures. The role also involves supporting bar promotions, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding company standards for safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
Sound knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including menu familiarity, pairing suggestions, and hygiene standards.
Proficiency in Bartending, including mixing classic and signature cocktails, preparing beverages, and maintaining bar setup.
Ability to perform accurate Cash Handling, billing, and IDS software.
