Skills Required
MBA (finance) with 3+ years of loan operation experience. Fund Administrator or Hedge Fund Operations experience preferred.
Should know product life cycle of bank loan products.
Hands on with MS office excel & functions.
Knowledge of VPM is preferred.
Valuable in written and spoken communication.
Responsibilities
The role will involve the following critical activities:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly loan, cash, position, and interest reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve cash, position, and trade breaks.
Coordinate with clients, custodians, agents, and counterparties for issue resolution.
Process trade settlements, wire movements, and loan lifecycle events (rollovers, repricing, resets, amendments).
Prepare assignment and participation documentation.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational controls.
Support process improvements and train junior team members
