Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Record to Report
Record To Report is an important service line within the Finance and Accounting (F&A;) advisory practice at Genpact. It gives to a significant part of Genpact’s growth and is a priority for the Company. We need solid subject matter specialists to improve our current Record to Report (R2R) offerings and develop new capabilities relevant to our client requirements to drive growth and develop our Intellectual Property (IP).
We are looking for resources who have strong Record to Report (R2R) skills that provides current and prospective clients with leading industry standard methodologies in R2R, solutions to improve their current processes, crafting right fit solutions to continue as a leader among service providers, and actively drive growth of advisory practice.
This position offers a high level of visibility with Senior Client Finance Stakeholders and requires good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client situations/scenarios and provide quick solutions.
This role requires a passionate individual who can gain a big picture view of a company’s Record to Report processes and make contributions in the areas of General Accounting/Reconciliations/Fixed Assets/Intercompany/Month close and Consolidations /Statutory Reporting/ Tax/ Treasury related processes by providing transformation ideas in these areas
Responsibilities
• Partner with CFOs, Controllers, and senior leadership to identify business challenges, perform diagnostics, and shape solution offerings
• Lead and deliver R2R transformation engagements and drive discussions with clients as a Subject Matter Expert
• Partner with Sales team to generate revenue for process advisory
• Collaborate with senior management in formulating strategies for new revenue streams
