What You’ll Do:

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

This position is responsible for developing new technologies in the field of Vehicle Electrification for Eaton’s Mobility business group. As a member of this recent technology development/ R&D; team, you will lead power electronics architecture/design of Inverter (HV DC-AC) and HV/LV DCDC converters. This involves working with research and development teams across multiple regions (U.S., Europe and Asia) and divisions within Mobility Group, Global Innovation Centers, and Eaton Research Labs (ERL).



Incumbent will be responsible for demonstrating Proof of concept design starting from establishing requirements through Secondary research/ benchmarking/ customer inputs, conceptualizing unique/ differentiated solutions that outperform competitor products in performance, cost and reliability and carry out verification and validation(V&V;).
