Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Design social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, newsletters, presentations, brochures, posters, and marketing creatives.
Develop creative designs for legal awareness campaigns, corporate campaigns, events, webinars, and India LawShield services.
Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs accordingly.
Convert complex legal concepts into easy, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand content.
Maintain consistency in India LawShield's brand identity, typography, layouts, and visual language.
Create creatives for lead-generation and performance marketing campaigns.
Design promotional material for moot court competitions, legal events, partnerships, and college outreach campaigns.
Adapt existing creatives into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and digital marketing trends.




Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new creative concepts and campaign ideas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
Strong sense of layout, typography, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create designs that are both creative and business-focused.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to understand briefs and independently develop creative concepts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with legal, corporate, professional services, or B2B brands.
