Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhubaneswar.



The Sales Executive will actively identify and develop current business opportunities for tractor attachments and dedicated construction and material handling machines in assigned territories. Responsibilities include visiting prospective and existing customers, presenting product features and benefits, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and commercial terms in line with company policies. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, coordinating with internal teams on order processing, delivery, and after-sales support, and tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. The Sales Executive will also be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate sales reports, and participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and customer meetings as required.
Qualifications
Proven skills in B2B sales, client relationship management, and territory development, preferably in industrial, agricultural, or construction equipment.
