N nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Industrial Product, HVAC and fans manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC systems, industrial fans, Refrigeration, Electric Motors, pumps, engineering components, OEM sales, energy efficient products, and related products, along with a proven track record of developing and executing sales
Nstrategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence. The Head of Sales & Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, lead the marketing team, and drive customer acquisition and retention across various markets. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share, increasing brand visibility, and contributing to the overall growth objectives of the company.
N nMinimum 20 years of experience in sales and marketing,



with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Industrial Product, HVAC, fans or related industries.
N n Key Responsibilities :
N n Sales Strategy Development & Execution :
N n - Lead the developmentof short- and long-term sales strategies for ensuring alignmenforth the company’s overall business goals.
N - Identify current business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
N - Develop pricing strategies that align with market demands and company profitability goals.
N - Oversee key account management, ensuring exceptional service and relationship building with major clients.
N n Marketing Strategy& Brand Positioning :
N n - Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote, focusing on brand development and market positioning.
