Job Description
HVAC load calculations using Carrier HAP (Must Have).
HVAC system design including:



Airside systems Chilled water systems Ventilation systems Smoke control and pressurization systems
Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and international codes.
Knowledge of Navis Works, Revizto
Exposure of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Preparation and review of calculations, specifications, reports, and construction drawings.
Experience in Data Center and/or Healthcare projects.
Knowledge of IES-VE for energy modeling and building performance analysis.
Exposure to LEED, Green Mark, WELL, or similar sustainability frameworks.
Experience with BIM coordination and Navisworks.
HVAC design experience in a Consulting/GDC workplace (at least 4-5 years for overseas projects experience).
Perform HVAC load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection.
Design HVAC systems for healthcare, commercial, and mission-critical facilities.
Develop design calculations, reports, specifications, and technical documentation.
