Role Description The Customer Relationship Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with viewers, clients, and partners, ensuring a positive and consistent experience across all touchpoints. Typical responsibilities include responding to inquiries, handling feedback and complaints, tracking customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools. The specialist will monitor satisfaction levels,



identify recurring issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve services and content offerings. The role also involves preparing basic reports, sharing insights with the content and operations teams, and supporting initiatives that strengthen audience and client loyalty.
