Your mission
Make every Supply Chain Apps customer remarkably successful. From the first onboarding session to each renewal,
you will ensure customers reach value quickly, adopt the platform deeply, and keep coming back because Log-hub helps them make better decisions - as their trusted advisor and their strongest voice inside our company.
What you’ll do
Lead customer onboarding. Take ownership of the handover from the Sales team and guide recent customers through onboarding, ensuring they quickly realize value from the platform.
Turn business challenges into practical solutions. Understand each customer's supply chain needs and translate them into effective data models and optimization approaches across areas such as network design, transportation, inventory, forecasting, and other customer-specific use cases.
Build lasting partnerships. Maintain regular communication through success meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monitor customer satisfaction using Net Promoter Score (NPS), and advocate for custome
