Job Description

Deployment, Platform, and Automation Support

Deploy and support HPCWorks applications across Dev, QA, staging, lab, and customer-like

environments.

Validate environment readiness, including VM provisioning, operating system configuration,

package installation, and baseline configuration.

Perform Kubernetes-based deployment activities, including setting up namespaces,

deploying applications, validating configurations,



and conducting post-deployment checks.

Develop and maintain scripts and automation for repeatable deployment, validation, cleanup,

and operational tasks.

Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Documentation

Configure and validate monitoring, alerting, logging, dashboards, and post-deployment

health checks.

Triage Linux, Kubernetes, CI/CD, network, infrastructure, and configuration issues, ensuring

clear ownership.

Escalate complex issues with accurate logs, findings, reproduction steps, and

troubleshooting notes.

Maintain deployment runbooks, installation guides, validation checklists, and knowledge

base articles.
