Internal Audit’s mission is to independently assess the firm’s internal control
structure, including governance processes and controls, risk management, capital
and anti-financial crime frameworks. Internal Audit communicates on the
effectiveness of governance, risk management and controls, raises awareness of
control risk, assesses control culture and conduct risk, and monitors
management’s implementation of control measures. Data Strategy and Analytics
(DSA) partners with audit teams to translate data needs into durable, reusable
capabilities. The team designs data products, engineering patterns and AI-ready
data foundations that improve the efficiency, consistency and insight of audit
work.About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Internal Audit
Data Analytics team supporting the Internal Audit Division. In this role you
will design, build, and ship analytical applications end‑to‑end — from data
models and Python services through to modern React front‑ends — that directly




enable audit teams to work smarter and make better‑informed, data‑driven
decisions.

This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role for an engineer who enjoys owning
features from concept to production, working in a rapid‑paced Agile environment

What You'll Do

* Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications, services, and
automation that power analytical and audit workflows.
* Build and expose well-documented, secure RESTful APIs (Flask or similar
frameworks) that serve data to internal applications and downstream
consumers.
* Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces using React and JavaScript,
translating business requirements and wireframes into production-grade
components.
* Design and refine data models — logical and physical — and write
efficient SQL to support reporting, analytics, and application needs.
