We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Technical Lead with 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java development, microservices, cloud technologies, system architecture, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in the Java ecosystem with strong architectural thinking and the ability to lead complex engineering initiatives.
This role requires someone who can own end-to-end solution design, make sound technology decisions, troubleshoot complex production challenges, and guide engineering teams toward scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Java 8/11/17+, and Spring Boot.
Design and implement robust microservices architectures with appropriate service boundaries and communication patterns.




Develop secure and scalable REST APIs and event-driven solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies.
Design efficient data models and work with SQL and NoSQL databases based on application requirements.
Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with Docker and Kubernetes.
Apply concurrency, multithreading, asynchronous processing, caching, messaging, and resiliency patterns to build high-performance systems.
Analyse and optimise application performance, including JVM memory, garbage collection, CPU utilisation, and resource consumption.
Identify and resolve memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, race conditions, deadlocks, and other complex production issues.
Evaluate algorithms and data structures with a strong understanding of time and space complexity.
Apply SOLID principles, clean-code practices, and appropriate design patterns such as Factory, Strategy, Singleton, and Observer.
