Project Manager (MEP, Civil, Façade & Interior Fit-Out)
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee MEP, Civil, Façade, and Interior Fit-Out construction activities at our Kochi location. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and have a track record of delivering high value projects with quality and within schedule.The Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution for MEP, Civil, Façade, and Interior Fit-Out works.

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in MEP, Civil, Façade, and Interior Fit-Out projects.
Manage end-to-end project execution for MEP, Civil, Façade, and Interior Fit-Out works.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, PMCs, clients, and government departments.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.




Monitor site progress and resolve any technical or execution-related issues.
Familiarity with government regulations and statutory requirements related to construction.
Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Lead and motivate the project team for effective performance.

Preferred Skills
MS Project or Primavera for project scheduling and tracking.
AutoCAD for reviewing technical drawings.
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Project Management tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.
Familiarity with ERP systems or construction management platforms is an advantage.
