About the Role
SaaSFlex is looking for a confident and technology-oriented Product Demonstration Specialist to represent our SaaS product, ClockFlex.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand ClockFlex and conduct skilled product demonstrations online and in person for prospective customers.

This is primarily a product presentation and customer interaction role, not a traditional sales role.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging online and in-person ClockFlex demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and showcase relevant features.
Explain software features clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Answer product-related questions confidently.
Prepare and deliver product walkthroughs and presentations.
Coordinate with the sales and product teams.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the product team.
Stay updated with new ClockFlex features.




Travel when required for customer demonstrations and meetings.

Requirements
BCA / MCA / B.Tech (IT, Computer Science) or related qualification.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Confident and professional personality.
Good understanding of web applications and basic software concepts.
Ability to explain technology in a simple and engaging manner.
Comfortable presenting online and interacting with customers in person.
Willingness to learn and understand the product deeply.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior SaaS or product demonstration experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
