Product Manager – B2B SaaS

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with solid technical and B2B SaaS experience to own and drive product development, integrations, testing, implementation, and continuous product improvements.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with Engineering/Development, Management, Implementation, Customer Success, Sales, and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and specifications through launch, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
- Work closely with Development and Management teams to define product requirements, technical specifications, and product roadmaps.
- Manage UAT, QA coordination, test cases, acceptance criteria, and product validation.
- Work with technical teams on integrations and APIs, including POS systems, payment gateways, CRMs, marketing tools, and data platforms.
- Support Implementation, Customer Success, and Sales teams with technical product demonstrations and client discussions.
- Analyze competitors, product features, pricing,



and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Coordinate customization requirements, timelines, and technical feasibility with Development teams.
- Create and maintain product documentation, user stories, UAT documentation, process flows, wireframes, and technical specifications.
- Manage product/project timelines and coordinate with internal teams and external technology partners.
- Train internal teams on new products, features, integrations, and upgrades.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, APIs, integrations, and technical workflows.
- Hands-on experience with QA, UAT, testing, requirements gathering, and product documentation.
- Proven experience working closely with Engineering/Development teams.
