About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, lead generation, or database/data solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with B2B decision-makers, understanding their prospecting and campaign requirements, and presenting Demand NXT’s Prospect Database Solutions to help businesses reach their target audience and promote their products/services effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through outbound calling, LinkedIn, email, and other sales channels.
Connect with key decision-makers, business owners, CXOs, Sales & Marketing Heads,



and other relevant stakeholders.
Understand the client's target market, industry, geography, designation, and campaign requirements.
Present and explain DemandNxt's B2B Prospect Database Solutions and their business value.
Conduct product/service demos and sales presentations through calls or online meetings.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into prospects.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Handle objections, negotiate commercials, and close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity records in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for database requirements, delivery, and client support.
Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Stay updated on B2B sales trends, prospecting techniques, and customer requirements.
