Only for India-based calling hours of work will be: (11am - 8pm IST) & covering (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Goa, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kerala) market territory only.

Compensation
Base Salary: $5000 –$7000 USD (Annual)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1000 – $3000 USD
Commission (Total $250 USD per signed deal)
$25 USD per qualified discovery call booked
$75 USD per demo booked
$150 USD per deal successfully closed

Role Summary
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging Med Spas, aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, cosmetic practices, and wellness clinics through outbound calling, lead qualification, product pitching, and appointment setting. This role requires someone who understands the healthcare/aesthetics ecosystem, patient acquisition challenges, and service workflows.

What You’ll Do
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (125-150 calls daily) to generate recent sales opportunities to Med Spas, clinics, dermatology center
