Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Business/Technology Analyst with robust verbal and written communication skills to work with Japanese stakeholders and global delivery teams.
The candidate should have a good understanding of SDLC, including requirements gathering, solution/design discussions, testing, and delivery coordination.
Prior experience or domain knowledge in Consumer Goods (CG) or Financial Services (FS) is preferred. Salesforce experience is not mandatory, but familiarity with Salesforce/CRM platforms would be an advantage.
The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business requirements and technology teams across Japanese and English-speaking environments.
