Role Description The Senior Footwear Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for sneakers, from concept creation to final product handoff. This full-time, in office role in Mumbai involves developing seasonal collections, translating brand stories into compelling footwear designs, and creating detailed technical drawings for sampling and production. The designer will build mood boards, research trends and materials, and collaborate closely with product development, merchandising,
and sourcing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining prototypes, aligning designs with brand positioning and market needs, and mentoring junior designers. The role requires a balance of creativity, technical footwear knowledge, and strong communication with cross-functional partners.
Eligibility
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in footwear design.
Candidates must have experience in designing silhouettes and design language.
Candidates should be open to Work From Home, Work From Office in Mumbai and Agra based on the requirements.
Candidates must have prior experience leading a team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Technical Drawing skills to create precise design specifications and communicate clearly with development and production teams.
