As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the application or system in use. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems. Your role requires a thorough understanding of client concerns, enabling you to accurately identify issues and develop appropriate solutions that align with the system s capabilities and client needs.



This position demands attentiveness, problem-solving, and a commitment to sustaining reliable application performance throughout daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application support and issue resolution.
Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base resources.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
Experience with managing and troubleshooting
