About the role

TAME Your Goals works with business owners across India. Owners pay a booking fee to schedule a diagnosis call with us. You take those calls, and you close them.

You sit with a founder, work out how his business actually runs, and show him where his people's hours are going. The product takes an afternoon to learn. The conversation is the job.

We are building a sales floor, not filling a seat. Strong applications that do not get this month's call are held for the next one.

What you will do

Take pre-booked calls with founders and owners across every industry. Understand the business in front of you well enough to be useful. Close.

What we provide

Qualified inbound leads. A filled calendar of prospects who have already paid to speak with us. Your own calls reviewed and returned to you as written feedback,



usually the same night.

What we are looking for

•⁠ ⁠You can read a business. Sales, operations, logistics, cash. You understand how a company makes money.
•⁠ ⁠You have sold on the phone and on video, to owners and decision makers.
•⁠ ⁠You are comfortable being measured, because everything here is.
•⁠ ⁠Transparent, confident English. Fluency in Hindi is an advantage.

How you are paid

₹150,000 - ₹470,000 per month, and every rupee of it is salary, paid monthly.

Where you sit in that band is decided by the businesses you close, and you will always be able to compute your own salary without asking anyone. Part of what you win becomes yours for life.
