We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Manager who can actively generate new business and increase revenue for a premium Cafe brand in Hyderabad.
This is not a desk job . The person will be expected to actively meet businesses, build partnerships, generate leads, close deals and bring customers and revenue to the café.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Sales & Partnerships
- Visit colleges, universities, hospitals, and institutions to promote the brand and identify potential new locations.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with institutional partners and decision-makers.
- Identify companies, offices, co-working spaces and businesses in and around Hyderabad.
- Approach HR, Admin, Facility and Procurement teams.
- Generate corporate orders for: Team lunches, Meetings, Corporate events, Employee celebrations, Bulk food orders,
Catering and Build recurring corporate accounts.
Events & Parties
- Generate leads for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate parties and private events.
- Partner with event planners, wedding planners, decorators and corporate event companies.
- Promote Cafe Twenty One as an event and celebration destination.
- Handle enquiries from lead generation through closure.
Drive Walk-In CustomersDevelop partnerships and campaigns that bring customers physically into the café.
