Role Description The Senior Architect role is a full-time hybrid position based in Cannanore, with a combination of in office project engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Architect will lead the architectural design of luxury villa projects, including concept development, detailed drawings,



material selection, and design coordination with internal teams and external consultants. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and refining design proposals, ensuring compliance with local building codes and sustainability standards, and guiding the integration of architectural plans with structural, MEP, and interior design elements. The role involves close collaboration with project management teams to align design milestones with construction schedules, support site visits for design validation, and address design-related issues during execution. The Senior Architect will also participate in client meetings to understand needs, present design solutions, and ensure that projects reflect CMR’s quality and affordability goals.
