Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective and existing healthcare clients, and presenting SteriGlobal’s product portfolio and solutions. Daily activities include conducting virtual meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads,



and managing the sales pipeline through CRM tools. The role involves collaborating with internal technical and operations teams to tailor solutions to client requirements, negotiating contract terms within company guidelines, and achieving defined sales targets. The Salesperson will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and provide input to enhance offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills, with experience in B2B or healthcare infrastructure sales.
Ability to conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations in a clear, professional manner.
Proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools, along with basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Solid understanding or willingness to learn about medical infrastructure solutions such as CSSD, Laundry, Bio-Medical Waste, Kitchen, Mortuar
