The Role
We're hiring a hands-on Business Development Manager to drive net-recent client acquisition for Olio Maximus. This is a pure hunting role — you'll identify, pitch, and close industrial manufacturers and process engineering companies who need marketing and growth partners. No handoffs, no inherited accounts — every deal in your pipeline is one you built.

Job Location
Baner, Pune — with willingness to travel to client locations for meetings as required.

What You'll Own
- Pipeline Generation — Identify and prospect target accounts (industrial machinery manufacturers, SPM makers, process engineering firms) across Indian and international markets through outbound, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound follow-up.




- Consultative Selling — Understand each prospect's business, manufacturing context, and growth challenges deeply enough to pitch a custom strategy — not a templated pitch deck.
- Deal Closing — Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed retainer, negotiating scope and value in a way that protects margin.
- Revenue Growth — Drive average retainer value toward ₹2.5L/month across domestic and international accounts through consultative, value-based selling — not volume or discounting.
- Market Intelligence — Feed client and market insights back to the Maximus team to sharpen positioning, case studies, and service packaging.

What Makes You a Fit
- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in sales/business development, ideally from a marketing/creative/consulting agency background will be preferred
- 2-4 years of B2B sales/business development experience, ideally from a marketin
