Delivery Manager – Model Development

Working within the Model Implementation & Support team, part of the Actuarial Modelling & Valuations function in M&G; Finance, this role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of model development activity across a complex portfolio of change. The role requires strong delivery management experience, with the ability to turn agreed scope into clear plans, coordinate stakeholders across teams, and maintain momentum through effective tracking, issue management and communication.

What You’ll Do

Scope & prioritisation

Collate and shape model development scope, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives, and that changes to agreed scope are assessed and agreed through a change control process
Coordinate input to assess effort, dependencies and delivery
