Filter You is seeking a Brand Strategist - a cross functional idea champion of sorts, who will play a pivotal role in driving our pre-sales and strategic growth initiatives with the brands we work with and for Filter You to grow creatively as a brand as well.

We're looking for someone who makes us stop and think, "How did you come up with that?" Someone who creates ideas that make clients say, "Yeh Idea acha hai," and then transforms those ideas into a full-blown, unforgettable campaign, all while bringing team-oriented spirit, ownership, and hustle energy to the table.

Someone who is a Jack of all Trades and a master of few, this role is placed directly in the Founder’s office, offering strategic exposure, and the opportunity to shape the company's growth journey.
