Stakeholder Collaboration and Operations
Coordinate closely with the Founders, Merchandising Operations and Store Teams to align marketing activities with inventory, sales targets, and retail needs.
Create and standardize comprehensive Marketing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency across all initiatives.
Team Leadership and Creative Management
Manage, mentor and lead the entire internal and external creative team (designers, copywriters, content creators)
to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets.
Foster a culture of creativity, excellence and accountability within the marketing department.
Outreach, Partnerships, and Media Relations
Initiate, negotiate and execute strategic tie-ups and collaborations with other trending brands and celebrities/influencers to broaden brand reach and appeal.
Connect with media agencies, public relations contacts, and key journalists to maximize media coverage and market reach.
Market Analysis and Reporting
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on competitors, industry trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present detailed monthly marketing performance reports, including campaign effectiveness, ROI and key insights, to the Director and Founders.
