2. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a confident,



motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive – IT Sales to join our team in Bhubaneswar.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable IT solutions, managing the sales pipeline, converting prospects into clients, and supporting payment collection and commercial closure.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good sales ability, strong follow-up discipline and a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, online research, networking, referrals and other approved channels.
Identify businesses that may require websites, applications, CRM, LMS, software or other IT solutions.
Research potential clients and understand their business before approaching them.
Maintain an updated and organized lead
