Job Summary: We are seeking an MEP BIM Modeler with 2+ years of experience to develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality mechanical and electrical BIM models for international building projects, ensuring compliance with global standards and seamless cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) up to LOD 400/500, and advanced electrical BIM models, using Revit MEP and AutoCAD
Create and update BIM manuals, project standards, and parametric families (Revit families and templates)
Perform BIM clash detection, issue tracking, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for resolved design solutions
Generate accurate electrical drawings, quantity take-offs,



schedules, and construction/shop drawings from BIM models
Review project documents, raise and monitor RFIs, maintain version control, and conduct quality checks for documentation accuracy
Resolve project-level BIM issues and collaborate with stakeholders across architectural, structural, and MEP teams
Support cloud-based model sharing, issue tracking, and version management via BIM360/ACC
Mentor junior modelers, ensure quality outputs, and contribute to BIM process improvements and standardization

Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for mechanical and electrical BIM modeling
Hands-on experience with BIM clash coordination and federated model management
Knowledge of MEP systems, international codes (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NFPA, IPC), and BIM documentation standards
In-depth understanding of electrical systems and ability to develop/enforce project BIM standards and manua
