Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.



This role is responsible for driving adoption of NoBrokerHood in assigned territories by generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales with residential societies and key decision-makers. Daily tasks include meeting with society management committees, understanding their needs, tailoring solutions, and negotiating commercial terms. The Territory Sales Manager will manage the sales pipeline, track performance against targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. The role also involves training society staff on platform usage, gathering market intelligence, and representing NoBrokerHood at local events and partner engagements.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with society management, residents, and internal teams.
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, preferably in SaaS, prop-tech, or B2B solutions.
