The Chance
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Sr. Data Protection Engineer in our Commvault Managed Services team. The Engineer will interact directly with customers and customer environments to provide day-to-day operational management of our customer’s Commvault solution. The ideal candidate will have experience within the areas of troubleshooting the infrastructure and product issues.
What you’ll do…
Successfully interact through phone and email with customers as you solve their problems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
Install and configure Commvault hardware and software following the design specifications provided to meet the customer’s technical and business requirements.
Onboarding new accounts in partnership with our Data Protection Specialist or Professional Services team
Perform data migration tasks to transition the cust
