Atluri Developers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, corporate client acquisition and occupancy for Atluri Ascend, a premium commercial destination built around smart technology, lifestyle amenities, sustainability and the “Hotelification of Offices” concept.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development, sales, occupancy and revenue for Managed Office Spaces.
Generate and convert leads from corporates, enterprises, GCCs, startups and SMEs.
Develop strong relationships with IPCs, brokers and channel partners.
Conduct client presentations, site visits and commercial negotiations.




Prepare proposals and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Track market trends, competition, pricing and upcoming workspace requirements.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve defined revenue and occupancy targets.
Candidate We’re Looking For
✅ 8–10 years of Business Development / Sales experience
✅ Managed Office / Coworking / Flexible Workspace experience is MANDATORY
✅ Strong network with IPCs, brokers, channel partners and corporate occupiers
✅ Proven experience in enterprise client acquisition and deal closures
✅ Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills
✅ Valuable understanding of the Hyderabad commercial office market
