As a Franchise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the franchise acquisition pipeline from generating and identifying potential franchise partners to engaging, qualifying, presenting the business opportunity, negotiating and converting prospects into franchise partners.

This is a target-driven, consultative sales role suited to someone who enjoys business development, networking and closing high-value B2B opportunities.

You will work closely with the leadership, franchise development and operations teams to ensure that every prospective partner receives a transparent understanding of the Circle of Crust business model and expansion opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Franchise Sales & Business Development
Generate qualified franchise leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, digital channels, databases, events and other business development initiatives.
Identify HNIs, entrepreneurs, investors, business owners and prospective franchise partners looking for food & beverage/QSR opportunities.




Build and maintain a robust franchise prospect pipeline across identified cities and markets.
Understand prospects' investment capacity, business objectives, preferred locations and expansion plans.
Conduct initial qualification and assess the suitability of prospects for the Circle of Crust franchise model.
Present the Circle of Crust brand, business model, investment opportunity, commercial structure and support ecosystem to prospective franchisees.
Schedule and conduct calls, virtual meetings and face-to-face meetings with qualified prospects.
Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the complete sales funnel.
Handle objections related to investment, ROI, location, operations, competition, brand positioning and business viability.
Negotiate commercially within approved parameters and drive prospects towards closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for site evaluation, commercial discussions, documentation and onboarding.
