Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Chandigarh, India. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records in line with company policies and local regulations.



The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance management processes, and assisting in resolving workplace concerns in a fair and consistent manner. The individual will help develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
