Role Description The Jr SEO / AEO Analyst role is a full time remote position responsible for supporting search engine optimization and answer engine optimization initiatives for healthcare clients.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, assisting with on-page optimization, performing basic SEO audits, and monitoring website performance using analytics tools.

The analyst will help with link-building outreach, review and optimize content for search and answer engines, and prepare regular performance reports for internal teams and clients.

SEO & AEO Research: Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor research, and identify opportunities across Google Search, AI Overviews, and answer engines.
On-Page SEO & AEO Optimization:



Optimize page structure, headings, metadata, internal linking, FAQs, schema, entities, and content formats to improve visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search.
Content Optimization for Search & AI Answers: Work with content teams to optimize blogs, service pages, doctor pages, FAQs, and location pages for featured snippets, conversational queries, AI-generated answers, and answer engines.
Technical SEO, Local SEO & Structured Data: Support technical audits, indexing, crawlability, schema implementation, site structure, and Google Business Profile optimization.
Performance Tracking & Updates: Monitor rankings, organic traffic, leads, AI/search visibility, and Search Console performance while staying updated on SEO, AEO, GEO, AI Overviews, and evolving search trends.
