Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including educational institutions, corporate partners, and individual learners. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting academy programs to prospective clients. The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships,



and tracking performance metrics such as conversions and revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with marketing and training teams to refine offerings, gather feedback from clients, and support promotional events and campaigns.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive growth.
