Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for developing influencer strategies, identifying and managing influencers, executing campaigns, negotiating commercials, and driving measurable brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
Identify the right mix of macro, micro, nano, and celebrity influencers based on campaign requirements.
Build and maintain a robust influencer database across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Plan monthly and quarterly influencer campaigns and budgets.
Influencer Identification & Management
Research and onboard relevant influencers and content creators.
Evaluate influencers based on audience quality, engagement rate, reach, content quality, and brand fit.
Build long-term relationships with key influencers and creators.




Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and contracts.
Campaign Execution
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to content approval and publishing.
Develop creative briefs and ensure influencers understand brand messaging and campaign objectives.
Coordinate with influencers, agencies, creative teams, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of content as per agreed timelines and guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance and take corrective actions where required.
Performance & Analytics
Track key metrics such as:
Reach & Impressions
Engagement Rate
Video Views
Clicks & Traffic
Leads / Conversions
Revenue & ROAS
Cost per Engagement / Acquisition
Prepare weekly and monthly influencer marketing performance reports.
Analyse campaign ROI and identify opportunities for optimization.
Use data and insights to improve influencer selection and campaign performance.
