Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing professional to manage and grow our influencer and creator collaborations. The role will be responsible for identifying relevant influencers, building strong relationships, planning campaigns, negotiating commercials, managing content deliverables, and tracking campaign performance to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers, creators, bloggers, and content partners across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand, product, and business objectives.
Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers, agencies, talent managers, and other external partners.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including influencer selection, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approval, campaign execution, and reporting.




Prepare influencer briefs and ensure that the content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and other collaboration terms.
Coordinate with internal teams including Brand, Digital Marketing, Content, Social Media, and Performance Marketing.
Monitor influencer content and ensure timely posting as per agreed deliverables.
Track campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, clicks, conversions, ROI, and ROAS.
Maintain an influencer database and regularly update details related to reach, engagement, category, commercials, and campaign performance.
Identify emerging influencers, industry trends, content formats, and competitor activities.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI from influencer collaborations.
Support the development of long-term partnerships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
Prepare regular MIS and campaign performance reports for management review.
