Role Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding the organization's

presence in the Base Metals market. The role requires strong industry knowledge, commercial acumen, and an established network within the Base metals, banking, or related ecosystem.





Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to grow the Base Metals business.
Build and manage relationships with dealers, refiners, jewelers, banks, financial institutions, and other market participants.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across assigned markets.
Monitor market trends, pricing movements, supply-demand dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting the Base metals

industry.

Negotiate commercial terms and manage key customer and supplier relationships.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, compliance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support product development and market expansion initiatives.
Prepare business forecasts, market intelligence reports, and management presentations.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to metals trading and distribution.
