We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive / BDR who can independently identify and engage relevant prospects and build a qualified outbound pipeline for our technology services business.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused strongly on outbound prospecting, account research, personalized outreach and qualified chance generation.

What You Will Do

Outbound Lead Generation

Independently identify and generate new B2B opportunities through outbound channels.
Build targeted prospect lists based on defined ICPs, industries, geographies and buyer personas.
Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Heads, Founders and other technology leaders.
Execute multi-channel outreach through:
Personalized email
LinkedIn
Cold calling




Other relevant prospecting channels
Develop personalized messaging based on the prospect's business, technology environment, challenges and potential use cases.
Follow up consistently and nurture prospects until they are qualified for a sales conversation.
Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the Business Development / Sales team.
Research & Account-Based Prospecting

Conduct detailed account and contact research before initiating outreach.
Understand the prospect's business, industry, technology stack and potential pain points.
Use account-specific insights, relevant use cases and case studies to make outreach more relevant.
Support ABM and account-based prospecting initiatives.
Use buyer intent, trigger events and other relevant signals to prioritize accounts.

Pipeline & CRM Management

Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in CRM systems.
Track outreach, responses, meetings, opportunities and convers
