About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical City Unlock Manager to own and scale bike-taxi supply growth in Mumbai. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking,
data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and robust execution capabilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and owning city-level business metrics and P&L; outcomes.
Responsibilities
Supply Growth & City Unlock
Identify and unlock growth opportunities across the city to increase captain acquisition and engagement.
Develop and execute city-level supply acquisition and activation strategies.
Design and run pilots, experiments, and on-ground interventions to improve supply availability.
Monitor supply health metrics and drive corrective actions to meet city growth objectives.
Build scalable playbooks that can be replicated across geographies.
