Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Business Development role based in Bengaluru. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, managing prospect pipelines,



and conducting property presentations and site visits to convert opportunities into successful transactions. The Sales Business Development professional will build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable real estate solutions from the company’s portfolio. The role includes negotiating terms, supporting deal closure, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and post-sales service. The individual will also participate in sales meetings, contribute to local market intelligence, and support training initiatives to improve sales effectiveness.
