Job Description - Brand Associate

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Executive to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about brand-building, event execution, and digital storytelling. You will help bring our brand vision to life through on-ground activations, content creation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Ideation & Strategy
• Develop brand-level creative strategies to strengthen WishCare’s positioning.
• Generate creative campaigns using consumer insights and seasonal trends.
• Identify the right timing, platforms, and messaging to maximize brand impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ideas with business goals.

2. Brand Execution & Event Management
• Execute brand campaigns, launches, and promotional events end-to-end.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for smooth delivery.
• Manage event logistics, branding materials, and post-event reports.
• Ensure timely execution within brand guidelines and quality standards.

3. Social Media Management




• Grow and manage WishCare’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content.
• Track performance, engage audiences, and maintain a consistent tone.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create creative assets.

4. Content Shoot Coordination
• Plan and oversee photo/video shoots for campaigns and product launches.
• Work with photographers, stylists, infl uencers, and production partners.
• Manage logistics such as locations, props, and talent coordination.

5. General Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking for insights.
• Provide campaign performance reports and improvement suggestions.
• Support ad-hoc branding and communication initiatives as needed.
