We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience, specializing in Google Ads (AdWords) and performance-driven lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have strong digital agency experience and a proven track record of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Google advertising campaigns with a focus on high-quality lead generation, conversion optimization, and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and CPA while improving lead quality.
Manage substantial monthly advertising budgets efficiently.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Optimize landing pages, ad copy, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
Identify and eliminate irrelevant and low-quality leads.
Provide performance reports focused on qualified leads, conversions, CPA, and ROI.




Continuously test and implement strategies to improve campaign profitability.
Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with business and lead-generation objectives.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.
Digital Agency experience is mandatory.
Advanced expertise in Google Ads (AdWords).
Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Demonstrable track record of generating high-quality leads through Google Ads.
Strong analytical and conversion-rate optimization skills.
Experience managing high-budget campaigns.
Experience in professional services or legal-sector marketing will be an advantage.
Dubai/UAE work experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Candidates should demonstrate reliable career experience.
Strong understanding of performance metrics, lead quality, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
