Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy & Compliance, VRM, Regulatory Change Management, and BCM.
Design and implement IRM workflows, risk scoring, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flows, notifications, SLAs, and reports.
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server integrations with external enterprise systems.
Perform data imports/exports, troubleshooting, and application support while ensuring data integrity.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on requirements, design, implementation,



and sprint activities.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC development and implementation.
Solid expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, configuration, data management, and API integrations.
Hands-on experience with Advanced Risk, Audit, Policy & Compliance, VRM, Regulatory Change Management, and BCM.
Mandatory: ServiceNow CIS – Risk and Compliance (GRC) certification.
Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
